I began my journey with Ideal Protein back in September 2011. My sister who had just opened an Ideal Protein clinic in Calgary had brought the program to me at there were no available clinics nearby here in the West Kootenays.

I started the plan and immediately I was so excited, sounds crazy but I loved every minute of it. The foods were delicious, they satisfied my tastebuds with many flavors and textures from salty, sweet, spicy and even crunchy therefore I never felt deprived. The plan was so easy to follow, I had so much energy and the best part was I never experienced any hunger or cravings. I followed the program to a tee and the pounds melted off my body in a very short period of time.

By the time late November came around I remember looking at myself in the mirror, I was 25 pounds lighter and yeas I have been at this weight before in my life but this time there was something different. My body had changed and I thought to myself, how can I be at the same weight I had been before in my life but yet fit into a smaller pant size I have ever been able to fit into? This program had given me everything it professed that it would do, it supported muscle mass while ridding body fat. I had finally found my authentic self, it truly was A Brand New Me.

In 2012 I opened the first Ideal Protein clinic in the West Kootenay’s call A Brand New Me Lifestyle Transformation. I am so proud to continue to share this exciting journey with my clients and to be able to coach and educate them with the Ideal Protein method as they strive to achieve their weight loss goals.
